Natore, Aug 27 (UNB) – Police recovered the throat-slit body of an elderly man from his house at Majhgram village of Lalpur upazila on Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Joyen Uddin.
Nazrul Islam, officer-in-charge of Lalpur Police Station, said neighbours saw blood on the body of Joyen’s son Hazrat Ali. Later, they went to their house and found the throat-slit body of Joyen Uddin.
On information, police recovered the body and arrested Ali, said the OC.
